This about sums up what has been happening with many companies across the world after the pandemic shut down, well, everything. The unprecedented crisis, however, is also helping vault us "five years forward in consumer and business digital adoption in a matter of around eight weeks", states a McKinsey report. As social distancing norms are strictly enforced, companies are scrambling to put in place digitisation and automation protocols. The India story falls somewhere in the middle.
