A new month has arrived, which means another new Max Raid event is now underway in Pokemon Sword and Shield. All month long, certain Bug- and Poison-type Pokemon will be appearing more frequently in Max Raid Battles, including two rare Gigantamax forms.Until November 30, Sword and Shield players will have a better chance of encountering the following Pokemon (and their pre-evolved forms) in Max Raid dens across the Wild Area, Isle of Armor, and newly added Crown Tundra:ButterfreeShuckleNinjaskVileplumeToxicroakGarbodorOn top of that, Gigantamax Butterfree and Gigantamax Garbodor will also be appearing more frequently in Max Raid dens throughout the month. Gigantamax Pokemon are typically incredibly hard to find outside of events like this (although you can teach certain Pokemon how to Gigantamax at the Isle of Armor if you have an Expansion Pass), so you won’t want to miss you chance to catch them if you haven’t already.To refresh your Raid dens with the new event Pokemon, you’ll first need to connect to the internet.
